We are a group of travel professionals who share the same passion, values and mission. We started as a small travel agency 13 years ago with the mission to offer to our clients the best travel experiences as we believe that the man is the total sum of his own experiences.

We are hiring: Financial 𝗕𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗸𝗲𝗲𝗽𝗲𝗿 (Tirana, Albania)
Duties and responsibilities:
You will assist your senior colleagues and contribute on:
- Ensure that all bills are paid on time, transactions are recorded correctly, and payroll runs on time
- Monitor and record daily cash and bank transactions to ensure everything matches up
- Posting and reconciling commissions received
- Monitor and record all invoices and transactions daily
- Monitor daily client and vendor balance
- Expense recording and allocation
- Prepare weekly bank deposits
- Reconciling credit card merchant transactions
- Work with suppliers and agents to recover balances
𝗕𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗸𝗲𝗲𝗽𝗲𝗿 𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related discipline
- Master’s degree is desirable
- Previous bookkeeping experience not required.
𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱:
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Expertise in Microsoft Excel or any other spreadsheet
- Establishing accounts
- Developing standards
- Data entry
- Deep understanding of accounting principles
- Confidentiality
- Attention to detail
- Comfortable dealing with huge volumes of complex data
Benefits:
𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗿𝘆:
- First month: training. You will be trained and monitored from our senior colleagues and small tasks will be assigned to you. Working hours: full time. Salary: 40,000 ALL (net salary)
- Second – fourth month: 50,000ALL – 70,000ALL (net salary) – reevaluation of the salary within the first 3 – 6 months if the applicant shows outstanding performance and skills.
- The salary will vary based on the candidate’s work experience, achievements and trainings, from no work experience, achievements and trainings (50.000ALL) to some years of work experience, achievements and trainings (70.000ALL)
𝗥𝗲𝗲𝘃𝗮𝗹𝘂𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗿𝘆:
Every year, based on the inflation, company performance and employee’s personal performance, we will reevaluate the employee’s salary by 10-25% increase.
𝗢𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗯𝗼𝗻𝘂𝘀𝗲𝘀:
– Yearly bonus: 20% of company profit shared among the team members.

𝟮. 𝗧𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗻 𝗔𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆 𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝘁𝘂𝗱𝘆 𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗹 (𝟱𝟬 𝗽𝗼𝗶𝗻𝘁𝘀)
If you pass the prescreening quiz, you will receive a study material on Travel Agency Financial Management and Accounting. You have 5 days to study the material and take the online test. You must pass 70% of the test in order to be selected for the interview.
𝟯. 𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄 (𝟯𝟬 𝗽𝗼𝗶𝗻𝘁𝘀)
If you pass both, the quiz and the test, you will be contacted by us for a job interview no latter than 25th of April. If you do not pass the quiz or the test, it means that you are not selected.
