RENTAL REQUIREMENTS

DRIVING LICENSE AND IDENTITY CARD

At the moment of the rental, all drivers must hand in a valid identity document and a valid driving license of an EU / EFTA country,

that enables the type of the vehicle rented, released at least 12 months before. If the driving license was issued by a non-EU country,

an international driving permit will be needed. In case of driving license written with characters different from the Latin characters

and numbers different from the Arabic numbers (for example Cyrillic, Hebrew, Chinese, etc.) , a sworn translation will be mandatory.

AGE

The driver of the vehicle must be over 19 years old. For the age groups 19-24 and 76+ there are supplements to be paid at the

desk (if not included in the rate).

CREDIT CARD AND DEBIT CARD

At the pick-up time, the holder of the reservation must be present at the desk and show a credit card belonging to the circuits Visa,

MasterCard, American Express or UnionPay, bearing the bearer's name'and surname. Debit cards are exclusively accepted for

vehicle categories A, B, C, D, E and Z. We don't accept as guarantee prepaid cards of any kind, Revolving, Postepay, Visa

Electron, V Pay, Pagobancomat, Viabuy, PayPal, cards with the "Electron" logo or the words "Electron Use Only" and cards

belonging to the "Maestro" circuit. The card must have sufficient availability to cover the vehicle's excess, any extra charges or

deposits required as a guarantee for the rental. The card must therefore be in the name of the person indicated as the holder of the

reservation who will sign the rental agreement. For some special vehicle Groups are required two financial credit cards to

guarantee the rental, both in the name of the signatory of the rental agreement (for further details, see the "Guarantee deposits"

section on www.noleggiare.it). We also recommend that the customer check the PIN of their card before arriving at the desk. The

special "monthly/multi-monthly" rental form is available exclusively with a financial credit card as guarantee (no Debit, no Prepaid)

for all vehicle categories.

MODIFICATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS

It’is possible to change the reservation up to 1 hour before the start of the rental, subject to the availability of the vehicle and the rate.
